        淄博市临淄银河高技术开发有限公司创建于1993年，是一家集电力电子产品研究、生产、加工、销售为一体的高新技术企业，公司拥有多项国内领先技术的自主知识产权，公司注册资金2180万元，占地2万多平方米，员工120人（其中技术人员占40%以上），工艺、设备先进，具有强大的产品技术研发实力和规模生产能力。
        公司自二十世纪九十年代开始DBC技术的研究开发，2002年2月，DBC项目顺利通过国家技术鉴定后，银河公司又在产品规模化方面迈出了一大步，投资装备了先进的气体保护高温连续键合炉和高精度激光切割机等工艺设备。形成了可向用户提供年产120万片5.5×7.5英寸DBC板的供货能力。该产品的研制成功，将极大地提高我国电力电子产品的性能和技术水平，同时为国内相关产业提供了一种理想的产品，也吸引了欧洲等一些国外的客户。
        DBC可分为单面覆铜和双面覆铜，目前银河公司可向用户提供以下规格的产品：陶瓷板厚度有：0.25，0.38，0.5，0.63，0.76，1.0mm；铜片厚度有：0.10，0.20，0.25，0.30mm；同时可根据用户需求陶瓷片与铜片组成若干组合，形成多种规格要求的陶瓷覆铜板产品。产品已通过国家技术鉴定，2000年公司全面通过ISO9001国际质量体系认证。
Zibo Linzi Yinhe High-tech Development Co., Ltd. Was founded in 1993. It is high science and technology enterprise with the integration of research, production,processing and sale of the power electronic products. The company develops many products and has its own intellectual property rights for them. The registered capital of company is 21.8 million RMB yuan. It covers an area of over 20,000 square meters. There are about 120 staff and 40% of them are technicians. The company has many special advanced processing equipments,precious inspection installations, reliable testing facilities and advanced semiconductor technology. We have strong technical strength in developing new products and high capacity of commercial production.
At the beginning of 1990s, the company started working on research and development of DBC process technology. In February 2002,the DBC products were technically appraised by government successfully. Since then, the company has bought many special advanced process equipment for mass-production DBC ceramic substrates, such as high temperature and gas protection belt bonding furnaces, and high precision laser processing cutter,etc. Now, the company has capability of providing 1.2 millions DBC substrates (5.5 inch*7.5 inch) to customers annually.
DBC ceramic substrate can be single-sided or double-sided copper bonded substrate. At present, the company can provide various specifications of products as follows: the thickness of ceramic plates is 0.25, 0.38, 0.5, 0.63 or 1.0mm;thickness of the copper foils is 0.10, 0.20, 0.25 or 0.30mm. Meanwhile, according to the demand of customers, the company can also supply various specifications of DBC substrates, which are the combination of different thickness of copper foils and ceramic plates. Our company is willing to cooperate with domestic and international firms to develop new products and new technical fields and provide best products and services to customers.
The company especially products various types and specifications of intelligent control thyristor modules, digital motor-control intelligent modules, constant-current and constant-voltage regulating modules, dual closed loop DC motor speed regulating modules, diode bridge rectifier modules with single-phase or three-phase configuration, solid-state relays, power bridge rectifier modules with single-phase or three-phase configuration and dual anti-starconnection rectifier modules. Among them, theintelligent controlling thyristor modules were developed for the first time in the field of domestic and international power electronic industry and gained Chinese patents in 1999. All products have been technically appraised by government and become new generation of thyristor modules.In 2000, the company has overall passed the ISO9001 international quality system conformity.
