南科集团简介

南科集团是一家专业从事集成电路、LED光源和灯具的研发、生产和销售的高科技集团公司，现有5家全资子公司:

    广州南科集成电子有限公司，2003年成立；

    广州单晶硅有限公司，2003年成立；

    珠海南科单晶硅有限公司，1989年创办；

    珠海南科电子有限公司，1996年成立；

    珠海南科集成电子有限公司，1998年成立。

南科集团是中国大陆两家垂直整合型的集成电路企业之一，涵盖了集成电路产业的前段工序和后

段工序；是我国华南地区第一座六英寸晶圆厂，同时拥有国内先进的0.6微米硅栅和世界先进的

1.2微米金属栅工艺生产线。同时，是第一家进入LED照明行业的集成电路制造企业。

南科集团总部位于华南中心城市——广州。南科员工约800人(其中50%以上为各种专业技术人才)，厂房占地13.5万平方米，主要生产消费类集成电路芯片、电脑周边产品集成电路芯片、功率器件、LED光源及LED灯具等180多个产品系列。

Nanker Group Introduction

Nanker Group's main business areas are R & D, production and sales of  integrated circuits, silicon polish wafers, LED light fixtures and lamps. It consists of five wholly-owned subsidiary company: 

Guangzhou Nanker Semiconductor Manufacturing Co., Ltd., established in 2003; 

Guangzhou Silicon Co., Ltd., established in 2003; 

Zhuhai Nanker Silicon Co., Ltd., founded in 1989; 

Zhuhai Nanker Electronics Co., Ltd., established in 1996; 

Zhuhai Nanker Integrated Electronic Co., Ltd., established in 1998. 

Nanker Group is one of  two vertically integrated IC manufacturing companies in mainland China. It's 6-in fab is the first 6-in fab in south China. It has both advanced 0.6-micron silicon-gate and the world's most advanced 

1.2-micron metal gate process production line. Nanker Group's  headquarters are located  at  the center city of south China ---Guangzhou. Nanker Group employs about 800 people (of which more than 50% for a variety of professional and technical personnel), the plant covers an area of 135,000 square meters, mainly producing consumer integrated circuit chip, computer peripheral products integrated circuit chips, power devices, 

LED, and LED lamps, etc. more than 180 product lines, 25000 wafers per month, crystal polished wafers 30000, LED lamps 5000. Products are widely used in watches and clocks, remote control, LCD display driver, 

calculator, voice, music, festival lights, keyboard, cell phone batteries and lighting and so on.

南科光电简介

南科光电是广州南科集成电子有限公司旗下专门从事半导体照明研发、制造、销售和服务的专业部门。自2005年以来，南科光电在LED照明领域潜心研究，开发出LED路灯、隧道灯、投光灯、庭院灯、工矿灯、筒灯、射灯、台灯、灯泡等数十种产品及多项世界首创技术和数十项专利成果，主要表现在以下几个方面：

一. 全球首创使用高光效小尺寸LED芯片，应用超大规模集成电路封装技术实现高电压集成光源，降低了单位光效成本，降低了单位面积的发热量，可直接使用市电。

二. 全球首创高压CCS恒流源器件及可提供低功耗，恒压恒流的驱动电路，使每一路LED光源都得到双重保护，延缓LED光源的老化

三. 全球首创针状散热器的散热效率要比传统片状散热器有较大幅度提高,能使LED结温比普通散热器低15OC以上，并且防水性能比铝型材散热器的防水性能要好。

四. 本公司采透镜配光技术，可使路灯光通量利用系数达到70%以上，均匀度达到0.6以上。

Nanker LED Lighting

Nanker LED Lighting is a division of Nanker (Guang- Zhou) Semiconductor Manufacturing Corp. specializes in R & D, manufacturing , sales and service of semiconductor lighting products . Since 2005 , Nanker LED Lighting has been dedicated in R & D in the field of LED lighting technologies and products such as  LED street lights ,LED factory lights , LED ceiling lights , LED tunnel lights , LED desk lamps , LED bulbs etc., and obtained several world 's first invented technologies and numerous patents mainly in the following areas:

1.The world's first use of all series high voltage (300 or 400 V) light source using VLSI IC packaging technologies. 

2.The world's first high-voltage constant current source devices and a driving circuit with both constant voltage and current features. 

3.The world's first rod-like heat sink structure used in LED lights. 

4.The company uses optical lens to improve the effective usage of light source to more than 70% and light uniformityto achieve more than 0.6.
